Ask around the Bay Area car scene and Elite Performance comes up a lot. Lester was looking for someone to install front and rear sway bars on his ND, and people in both his Supra and Miata clubs pointed him here, so he made the 45-minute drive.
Alignments done to spec
Alignment is a big part of the draw. Healy brought in a Miata to correct its factory settings and got it aligned to the exact specs requested. "The technician Melody is cheerful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic," wrote Healy C. Sandeep has been bringing a mildly track-prepped Miata here since 2019 for custom alignments, brakes and suspension work. "Services were completed on-time with 100% satisfaction every single time," wrote Sandeep A.
It's not all setup work. A 2012 Miata with 112,000 miles came in shifting badly. The shop traced it to a failed throwout bearing, the part that lets the clutch release, and replaced the worn clutch while it was apart, at a price the owners thought was very fair. Owners of NAs and NDs round out the list.
Know before you go
Plan ahead. A September 2026 review mentioned a three-week wait for an alignment, and regulars recommend booking at least a week out.
