Setup, swaps and everything in between

The shop's website covers the full menu: custom alignments for street or track, coilover and suspension tuning, corner balancing (setting the weight evenly at each wheel), dyno tuning, turbo and supercharger installs, engine builds and custom roll cages. In short, if you have plans for your Miata, they have the tools for it.

What owners have had done

Simon wanted to take his high-mileage 1997 to the track, so Pit Garage refreshed the later 1.8-liter engine and transmission from his 1999 donor car and swapped them in, flagging what was worth replacing while everything was apart. Mike's coilover supplier sent him here for the install and alignment on his 2017 MX-5, and the car was back on the road in exactly the four hours promised. Coilover makers send customers here too.

DIYers are welcome. Richard brings his 1999 NB here whenever he wants a second set of eyes, whether that's checking his torque specs or running a compression and leak-down test. "Last time, the shop owner pointed me to their personal cylinder head to point out where I should keep the head gasket uncovered when I performed a cylinder head swap myself. Who does that?" wrote Richard A.
