Plenty of shops can put a Miata on an alignment rack. Cali Custom Alignments asks how you use it first. Kevin brought in two Miatas, his and his girlfriend's, for coilovers, and the shop asked whether each car mostly commutes or gets driven with a little more enthusiasm, then set each alignment to match. "Instead of simply putting the car on an alignment rack and using a generic setup, they took our driving habits into consideration to give us an alignment that actually suited how we drive," wrote Kevin N.

Coilovers, ride height and a follow-up check

Kevin's coilover package included dialing in ride height, a torque check on every bolt, the alignment, and a follow-up visit after a few hundred miles to make sure everything stayed in spec. That last part is the kind of detail that keeps a lowered Miata driving straight.

Track folks get the same treatment. One NC owner came in for a street-and-track alignment and got solid recommendations, plus help with small tweaks afterward. An October 2025 review put that custom alignment at $150.
